综合护理对胃癌根治术围手术期的效果研究

Study on effect of comprehensive nursing on perioperative period of gastric cancer radical operation

目的探讨综合护理对胃癌根治术围手术期的效果。方法 70例行胃癌根治术的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,试验组患者在对照组的基础上使用综合护理措施。比较两组患者的胃肠道恢复时间、静脉输液时间及术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、体重变化、并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者胃肠道恢复时间、静脉输液时间均短于对照组患者,术后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者体重下降程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于胃癌根治术围手术期的患者,采取综合护理可以明显缩短患者胃肠道恢复时间、静脉输液时间等,提高患者术后生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on perioperative period ofgastric cancer radical operation.Methods A total of70patients with gastric cancer radical operation wererandomly divided into experimental group and control group,with35cases in each group.The control groupreceived conventional nursing measure,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing measure.Comparison were made on gastrointestinal recovery time,venous infusion time,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,weight change and complications occurrence in two groups.Results The experimental group hadshorter gastrointestinal recovery time and venous infusion time than the control group,and lower postoperativeVAS score than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental grouphad incidence of postoperative complications as2.86%than17.14%in the control group,and the differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in weight loss degree(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with perioperative period of gastric cancer radical surgery,comprehensivenursing can shorten gastrointestinal recovery time,venous infusion time,and improve the quality of life afteroperation.So it is worthy of clinical popularization.
