摘要
近年来,随着人民对食品及饲料质量安全的关注度日益提高,越来越多先进的分析技术被应用于食品及饲料质量检测中。气相色谱仪作为可分离复杂样品组分的精密化学分析仪器,应用也日趋广泛。气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、毛细管柱气相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱-质谱-核磁共振联用等方法的应用,提高了传统食品及饲料质量检测的效率、灵敏度与范围,为食品及饲料中目标成分的分析提供了技术支撑,有利于我国食品及饲料质量安全的监督与管控。
In recent years,along with the people's food and feed quality and safety of the increasinglyattention,more and more advanced analysis techniques are used in food and feed quality testing.Gaschromatograph as separation and analysis of chemical components in complex samples of precisioninstrument applications are increasingly widespread.Gas chromatography,gas chromatography-massspectrometry,capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography mass spectrometry andnuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry method application,improves the efficiency,sensitivity and range oftraditional food and feed quality testing,provide technical support for the analysis of food and feed,supervisedand control for food and feed quality and safety in china.
