摘要 我国每年化肥施用量占世界总量的1/3,成为世界第一化肥消费大国。由于施肥技术落后,农业生产者通常会盲目施肥,为求产量而过度施肥,严重影响生态环境和粮食安全。因此,设计一种气吸式播种机施肥装置调速控制系统,实现施肥量的精准调节,可以实时传输作业数据,电脑端可以完成数据远程操控调节。本文主要探析气吸式播种机施肥装置调速控制设计,以提高施肥精度和肥料利用率。 China's annual fertilizer use accounted for1/3of the world's total,becoming the world'slargest fertilizer consumer.Due to the backward fertilization technology,agricultural producers usually blindlyfertilization,fertilization for yield and seriously affect the ecological environment and food security.Therefore,the design of an air suction seeder fertilization device speed control system,to achieve the precise adjustmentof the amount of fertilizer,real-time transmission of data,the computer can complete the remote control ofdata manipulation.This paper mainly discusses the design of the speed control system of the air suctionseeder,so as to improve the precision of fertilization and fertilizer utilization rate.
