Food has always been the material basis for human survival and development.With thedevelopment of economy and the intensification of competition in the industry,in order to pursue the interestsof enterprises,food safety incidents occur frequently,seriously endangering people's lives.Therefore,thedetection of food safety is very important,especially the selection of appropriate detection methods.Onthe basis of introducing the importance of food inspection,this paper introduces the relevant knowledge ofmicrobial detection and the detection methods of several microorganisms,and a comparative analysis is made.
