艾拉光动力联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床疗效

The clinical effect of the 5% imiquimot cream combined ALA-PDT in the treatment of Flat wart

目的探讨艾拉光动力联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2015年10月-2016年12月期间收治的50例扁平疣患者临床资料,单纯接受艾拉光动力疗法的20例归为对照组,接受艾拉光动力联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗的归为观察组。治疗8周后,评价两组患者的治疗情况,随访3个月,观察两组患者的复发情况,并就两组患者不良反应发生率展开分析。结果治疗8周进行评价,观察组患者治疗总有效率96.6%显著高于对照组85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为3.33%、5%,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。随访3个月,观察组复发3.33%例显著低于对照组15%例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾拉光动力联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的疗效较好,不但不良反应较少,且不容易复发,安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ALA-PDT joint5%imiquimot cream in the treatment of flat wart.Method Retrospective analysis in2015.10-2016.12,admitted during the period of clinical data of50patients with verruca plana,simply accept ella photodynamic therapy of20cases as control group,accept ella photodynamic joint5%mi sinensis mott cream treatment as observation group.After8weeks of treatment,the treatment of two groups of patients was evaluated,followed up for3months,and the recurrence of the two groups was observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was analyzed in both groups.Result In the treatment of8weeks,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was96.6%,significantly higher than that in the control group85%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment process,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was3.33%and5%respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After three months of follow-up,the observation group relapsed3.33%,which was significantly lower than15%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with the5%imiquimot cream in the treatment of flat verruca,the curative effect is not only low,but not easy to relapse,safe and effective,and worth promoting.
