Er-YAG激光微创小开口治疗面部表皮囊肿疗效

The efficacy of minimal invasive excision of epidermal cyst by Er-YAG laser punch procedure

目的探索Er-YAG激光治疗面部表皮囊肿的疗效及不良反应。方法选取30例面部表皮囊肿患者,使用ErYAG激光于囊肿顶端微创开口,挤压清除囊肿内物质,眼科显微镊子将囊壁取尽,对疗效的满意度及不良反应进行分析。结果满意度在治疗后6个月优于治疗后1个月,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访时未见复发。结论 Er-YAG激光微创小开口治疗面部表皮囊肿疗效好,不良反应轻微。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Er-YAG laser in the treatment of epidermal cyst.Methods The subjects were thirty patients with epidermal cysts on their faces.Er-YAG laser was applied to make a small hole on the apex of cysts and decompressed the cyst content.Cyst wall was removed by the ophthalmic microsurgical forceps.The satisfaction of the treatment and side effects was analyzed.Results Patients were much more satisfied with the cosmetic outcome six months later after the treatment than one months later(P<0.05).No recurrence was observed during follow up.Conclusions Er-YAG laser punch is a effective procedure without side effects for patients with epidermal cysts on their faces.
