纤维桩核冠修复牙体严重缺损疗效观察

Observation on the effect of fiber post-core crown in repairing severe dental defects

目的探讨纤维桩核冠修复牙体严重缺损临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月在我院就诊的114例牙体严重缺损患者进行分析,随机分为金属桩组(57例)和纤维桩组(57例),金属桩组患者采取金属桩核予以修复治疗,纤维桩组患者采取纤维桩核修复治疗,并比较两组患者修复成功率以及并发症发生率。结果纤维桩组患者其修复成功51例,修复成功率为89.5%,金属桩组患者其修复成功42例,修复成功率为73.8%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);纤维桩组患者并发症发生了显著低于金属桩组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维桩核对牙体严重缺损具有较好的修复成功率,且并发症发生率较低,其值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fiber post and core crown in repairing severe dental defects.Methods A total of114patients with severe dental defects were selected from January2015to December2016.They were randomly divided into metal pile group(57cases)and fiber pile group(57cases).The patients in the metal pile group took the metal The posterior core of the two groups of patients were treated with fiber post and core repair,and the success rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of repairing patients was51.5%,The recovery rate was73.8%in42cases,The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication of the patients with fiber post group was significantly lower than that of the metal pile group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fibrous posture has a good repair success rate of serious defects in the teeth,and the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of reference.
