即刻种植治疗前牙外伤患者临床疗效及美学效果分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy and aesthetic effect of immediate implant treatment for anterior teeth trauma

目的分析即刻种植治疗前牙外伤的临床疗效及美学效果。方法选择前牙外伤患者48例,共计患牙60颗,采用随机数字表法将患牙均分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组在拔牙3个月后植入种植体,观察组在拔牙后立即植入种植体。观察比较治疗后第1、6、12个月时患牙牙周探诊深度、牙龈乳头指数(PIS)及12个月后种植修复的成功率。结果两组种植成功率差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1、6、12个月两组0、1、2、3级PIS指数比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙周探诊深度在术后第1、6、12个月均比对照组深,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植能减少牙龈乳头退缩,使患牙牙周组织保持健康,减少治疗时间,且种植成功率与延迟种植无差异。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and aesthetic effect of carved implantation in the treatment of anterior teeth trauma.Methods Choose the front teeth trauma patients48cases,a total of60with teeth.The teeth were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group in the extraction3months after implantation,the observation group immediately after tooth extraction in implant implantation.To observe and compare the treatment after1,6,12months for periodontal probing depth,gingival papilla index(PIS)and the success rate of implant repair after12months.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in PIS index between two groups at1,6and12months after operation(P<0.05).The depth of periodontal probing in observation group was significantly deeper than that control group at1,6,12months after operation(P<0.05)..Conclusion Immediate planting can reduce gingival papilla retreat immediately,keep the periodontal tissue healthy,reduce the treatment time,and the success rate of planting and delayed planting no difference.
