光动力治疗重度痤疮的护理配合分析

Nursing cooperation analysis of photodynamic therapy for severe acne

目的评价护理干预在重度痤疮采用光动力治疗中的价值。方法 2015年2月~2016年10月,入选对象54例,随机数字表达法分组,对照组、观察组各57例。对照组常规护理,观察组护理干预。结果观察组治疗后稳定皮损评分低于对照组,观察组痊愈77.78%(21/27),高于对照组40.74%(11/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可提高光动力治疗重度痤疮的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention by photodynamic therapy in severe acne.Methods From February2015to July2016,selected54cases,random number expression method,the control group,the observation group with57cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,observation group nursing intervention.Results The observation group after treatment stable skin lesions score was lower than the control group,the observation group cured77.78%(21/27),higher than the control group(11/27),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the light Dynamic treatment of severe acne.
