生脉注射液对自体脂肪颗粒移植存活率的影响

Effects of shengmai injection on the survival rate of fat autografts

目的探索生脉注射液对自体脂肪颗粒移植存活率的影响。方法 9只兔建立自体脂肪颗粒移植动物模型,随机分为3组,实验组肌肉注射不同剂量的生脉注射液,对照组肌肉注射生理盐水。检测血清中VEGF含量,成活脂肪的质量,计算移植脂肪的存活率。结果实验各组移植脂肪组织存活率和VEGF含量均明显高于对照组。结论生脉注射液可以明显提高自体脂肪移植的存活率和存活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of shengmai injection on the survival rate of fat autografts.Methods Autologous fat was transplanted on rabbit to establish an animal model.Nine rabbits were randomly divided into3groups.The rabbit were injected different doses of Shengmai injection by intramuscular injection in cexperimental groups The ontrol groups were given normal saline.The content of VEGF in serum were detected,the weight of transplanted fat was determined and the survival rates were computed.Results The survival rate of fat autografts and the level of VEGF expression in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control groups.Conclusion Shengmai injection can dramatically increase the survival rate and quality of fat autografts.
