摘要
针对我国雷管生产中脚线打把存在的生产效率低下,自动化程度低,生产成本高的问题,对民爆电雷管脚线打把机技术及其应用进行分析。介绍民爆行业中工业电雷管脚线打把机的原理及现状,并对实际生产中应用的多种打把机进行了分析、比较。分析结果表明,基于电磁离合器的单向自动打把机对雷管线自动化水平、生产效率的提高和产品质量的提升具有一定意义。
Aiming at these problems of low production efficiency,low automation degree,and high production cost offoot-line-winding in Chinese detonator production,civil-dynamite electric detonator foot-line-winding machine is analyzed.Introduced the principle and current situation of industrial electric detonator foot-line-winding machine in civil-dynamitecalling,analyzed and compared the variety winding machine in practical production.The analysis results show that theunidirectional automatic play the foot-line-winding machine based on electromagnetic clutch cap line is useful for raisingthe level of automation to improve production efficiency and product quality.
