摘要
新辅助化疗已广泛应用于乳腺癌的治疗,如何应用准确且简便的方法预测新辅助化疗的疗效有待解决,本文通过介绍影像基因组学这个新的研究领域以及其对目前乳腺癌新辅助化疗的预测方法,探讨应用影像基因组学的方法预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的优势。
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has been widely used in the clinical treatment of breast cancer,the problemof how to apply accurate and simple method to predict the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy waited to be resolved.The review intends to explore the advantage of radiogenomics in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy forbreast cancer by introducing a new research field-radiogenomics and expounding the current method of predicting breastcancer response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
