临床研究开展的根本目的是解决临床实际问题。研究问题是研究者希望通过研究解决的问题。好的临床研究问题的提出,才能更好的达到设计研究的初衷,才能让研究的设计和执行变得有价值,是研究设计、研究执行的基石。本文简要探讨了临床研究设计中构建研究问题的要求和如何自检构建的研究问题。

The fundamental purpose of clinical research is to solve practical problems.Research questionsare the critical problems that researchers want to solve through investigation.In order to achieve the originalintention of the researchers and to make the design and implementation of the research valuable,a proposed goodclinical research question is necessary as the basis of the design and implementation of the research.In this paper,we discuss the requirements of constructing research questions in clinical researches and how to self-inspect thequestions.
