摘要
北京协和医学院自2010年起对"早期接触临床课程"实行了教学改革,为了对改革后的"早期接触临床课程"在医学生职业素养方面的教学效果进行评估,笔者连续两年通过课程前及课程后对临床医学专业八年制学生发放调查问卷的方式,对学生职业素养认同度进行了调查。结果显示"早期接触临床课程"有利于提高学生对课程相关职业素养的情感认同;高年级学生情境教学方式对职业素养情感认同度提高有明确的作用。
Since2010,the Peking Union Medical College has reformed the curriculum of“early clinical experience”.To evaluate the learning outcomes of the new curriculum for Student’s Reception of Medical Professionalism,a questionnaire was administered to all medical students before and directly after the curriculum for two years.The results indicated that“early clinical experience”can improve student’s reception of medical professionalism,and the situational approach taken by student volunteers may have a particular effect.
