摘要 目的探索基于循证医学的PBL教学法在临床课程中的教学效果。方法以南京医科大学七年制临床医学专业120人为研究对象,分别采用基于循证医学的PBL教学和传统教学两种不同的教学方法,通过理论考试和问卷调查的形式,评估教学效果。结果试验组(采用基于循证医学的PBL教学法进行临床案例教学的学生)在理论考试成绩和临床知识掌握程度、文献检阅能力、自主学习能力、知识延展能力、临床思维能力、对临床教学的满意程度方面的反馈结果均优于对照组(采用传统教学法进行临床案例教学的学生)。结论基于循证医学的PBL教学模式可提高临床医学课程教学效果。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of applying PBL method based on EBM for teaching medical students.Methods The study objects are the exam results of120students of seven-year program that are from clinical medicine department of Nanjing Medical University.In the experiments settings,we divide all the subjects into two disjoint groups,i.e.,one group is teaching by traditional method and the other group is guided by PBL method based on EBM.We evaluate the teaching effect in the forms of examination and questionnaire.Results The students who are guided by PBL method based on EBM are significant superior than those are taught under traditional method in many aspects,such as the score of the examination,the degree of clinical knowledge and satisfactory,abilities of Literature review,selfteaching,knowledge extension and clinical thinking.Conclusion PBL teaching method based on EBM can improve the effectiveness of Clinical medicine teaching.
