摘要
BIM可视化模型是BIM技术实施的核心,在总结BIM技术优势的基础上,进一步分析其在基坑工程施工中的具体需求。结合海河三组团基坑工程特点及难点,将BIM技术引入到项目施工中,建立BIM模型,主要针对施工场地优化布置、复杂工艺技术交底、质量检查、资料收集、进度模拟等施工中较难把控的重要工作开展BIM技术应用,实践证明取得了良好效果。
BIM visualization model is the core of BIM technology implementation.On the basis of summarizing the advantages of BIM,this paper further analyzes its specific needs of the foundation pit engineering construction.According to the characteristics and difficulties of foundation pit engineering in three groups of Haihe River,BIM technology is put into the project construction,and establish BIM model,launch the application of BIM technology,mainly for construction site layout optimization,complex technical clarification,quality inspection,data collection,process simulation,tec.Practice has proved that it has achieved good results.
