摘要
机车轮轨接触点位置的变化能够直观地反映出轮轨的接触状态。针对当前摄像机检测方法难以全面拍摄到轮轨接触点位置的缺点,设计了一种基于激光源的机车轮轨相对横移图像检测方法。该方法采用摄像机与激光源相组合的方案,把摄像机与激光源分别安装在转向架上且与地面保持一定的角度,巧妙地将轮轨相对横移测量转换为激光源在轨道内侧表面光斑中心点位置的提取。实验结果表明,该方法实现了轮轨相对横移数据实时采集和存储,对高速机车稳定性和安全性研究具有重要的实际意义。
The position change of wheel rail contact point can directly reflect the wheel-rail contact.Aiming at the disadvantages of current camera monitoring method which is difficult to fully capture the position of the wheel rail contact point,a kind of wheel relative sliding image detection system isdesigned based on laser source.The system combines a camera with a laser source.The camera and laser source which keep a certain angle to the ground are installed on the bogie to convert wheel relative sliding into the inside rail surface laser spot extraction.The experimental results show that the system can real-time display and store the data of wheel relative sliding.And it has very important significance to the study of high speed locomotive stability and safety.
