Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College and Harbin National Fitness Center is an important part of sports education in Heilongjiang Province,which strives to create the leading national ice and snow sports fitness center.In the meantime,it displays the regional characteristics and humanities characteristics,after meeting the requirements of competition training,combining with the development of sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,satisfying the needs of the public fitness facilities and venues,and becomes a new snow and ice sports culture public center in Heilongjiang Province.The design gives full play to the advantages of the project,achieving the organic sharing and integration of resources.
