全球城市轴核结构中心区发展门槛解析——以亚洲38个中心区为例

ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT THRESHOLD OF GLOBAL CENTRAL AXIS CORE STRUCTURE: A CASE STUDY OF 38 CENTRAL DISTRICTS IN ASIA

城市中心区的结构发展具有明显的阶段性,而轴核结构则代表了城市中心区空间发展的高级阶段。在全球城市的发展过程中,识别中心区空间结构成为了解全球城市发展阶段的重要视角。本文以亚洲29个国际化城市的38个中心区为例,通过城市层面、中心区层面多个要素的量化分析,总结城市中心区轴核结构的发展门槛,进而总结全球城市发展过程中的重要阶段性特征。该结论对指导我国全球城市的建设以及认知全球城市的发展阶段具有参考价值。

The structural development of urban central districts is in phase-wise manner,however,the axis core structure represents the advanced phase of the spatial development of urban central districts.In the global urban development process,identifying the spatial structure of the central districts has became an important perspective to understand the global urban development stage.This paper takes the38central districts of29international cities in Asia as subjects,through quantitative analysis on the multiple elements of urban level and the central districts,summarizes the threshold of development of the core structure of urban central districts,and finally summarizes the important characteristics of the global urban development process.This conclusion has a reference value to guide the construction of Global Cities in China and to understand the development stage of Global Cities.
