商业银行供应链金融的风险及防范——基于交易对手信用风险的视角

Supply Chain Finance of Commercial Bank, Risk and Management: From the Perspective of Counterparty Credit Risk

中小企业的"融资困境"是制约我国中小企业发展的紧迫问题。供应链金融作为商业银行新兴业务,拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道。与传统信贷方式不同,供应链金融建立在应收账款抵押的基础上,因此供应链金融中存在交易对手信用风险。指出并介绍供应链金融业务特有的交易对手信用风险,并结合合俊集团案例进行阐述,进一步提出建立供应链金融风险预警系统和设立供应链金融风险基金对交易对手信用风险进行管控。

The financing difficulty of SMEs is a main restrictive factor for SMEs’development.Supply Chain Finance is an innovative solution of commercial banks to explore SMEs’indirect financing channels.Unlike traditional financing methods,SCF is based on pledging in receivable,therefore there is counterparty credit risk in SCF methods.This paper introduces the counterparty credit risk exclusive in SCF,and analyzed with a case study of the Hejun Group.Furthermore,a risk pre-alarming system and a venture fund mechanism is proposed for managing the counterparty credit risk,and three mechanisms are designed to prevent possible free rider problem.
