Researches on the Development Countermeasures of Green Logistics in Urban Construction Industry

建筑业绿色物流是城市物流的形态之一。文章讨论了发展绿色物流的意义、特征及发展要求,分析了当前我国建筑行业物流的现状和存在的问题,并从政府和企业2个层面提出建议:政府主导实施监管,完善激励机制;企业树立绿色环保形象,增加建筑业绿色物流的投入、利用"互联网+"升级完善建筑业绿色物流管理技术。

Green Logistics in construction industry is one of the forms of urban logistics.This paper discusses the significance,characteristics and development requirements of the development of green logistics,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of logistics in China’s construction industry,and putting forward the proposals from the view of Government and enterprises:Government needs to lead the implementation of supervision and perfect the incentive mechanism;Enterprises should establish a green image and increase input into the construction of green logistics,improving the construction industry green Logistics management technology withthe use of“Internet+”.
