不同季节豇豆中农药多残留的ASE-GPC-GC/MS检测与分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用快速溶剂提取技术(ASE),结合自动凝胶过滤(GPC)技术以及气相色谱-质谱联用法,对北京新发地蔬菜批发市场的豇豆进行不同季节的农药多残留检测。31种农药在0.02~1.00μg·m L^(-1)范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均高于0.99;8种农药的3μg回收率为73.49%~130.12%。检测结果表明,豇豆中检出频率比较高的农药为氟氯氰菊酯和烯酰吗啉(占53.85%),其次是氧乐果(42.13%)、腐霉利(34.62%)和联苯菊酯(42.31%);残留量超标的农药有3种,分别为氧乐果、对硫磷和氯氰菊酯;夏季的农药用量明显增加。ASE-GPC-GC/MS检测方法简单、快速、准确,且能节省溶剂用量,可用于农药多残留的高通量检测。 ASE-GPC-GC/MS method was adopted to test pesticide multiresidue at different seasons incowpeas colected from‘Xinfadi’wholesale market of agricultural products in Beijing.The linearities of31kindsof pesticides ranged from0.02-1.00μg·L-1were good,with over0.99correlation coefficients.The recoveries of3μg for8pesticides were73.49%~130.12%.The results showed that the pesticedes used with higher frequencyduring cowpea cultivation were cyfluthrin and dimethomorph(taking53.85%);followed by omethoate(42.13%),procymidone(34.62%)and bifenthrin(42.31%).There were3kinds of pesticides with residues exceedingtolerence,they were omethoate,parathion and cypermerthrin.The pesticide quantity used in summer wasobviously increased.The ASE-GPC-GC/MS testing method is simple,fast,accurate and solvent save.It can beused for determination of pesticide multiresidues in vegetables.
