摘要 目的运用品管圈运用品管圈活动降低ICU多重耐药菌感染率中的效果观察。方法通过品管圈活动步骤查找多重耐药菌感染管理中存在的问题,运用PDCA质量管理对存在的问题进行持续改进,并将改进前后状况进行比较。结果应用品管圈管理多重耐药菌感染后,使多重耐药菌的感染发生率明显下降,卡方检验显示活动前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用品管圈活动在多重耐药菌感染管理中能够提高医护人员熟练掌握多重耐药菌的相关知识,并采取严格的隔离措施,规范的为患者进行各项治疗及护理操作,减少并发症,缩短了住院时间,减轻患者的经济及心理负担,同时在活动过程中全体圈员既有分工,又有合作,培养了圈员发现问题、解决问题的能力,提高团队凝聚力与合作能力,从而提高了患者满意度。 Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle management to reduce ICU multi drug resistantbacteria infection rate.Methods The quality control circle activity steps was used to find out the problems existingin the management of multi drug resistant bacteria,and PDCA quality management was used to improve the existingproblems by.The situation before and after the improvement was compared.Results After the application of qualitycontrol circle in the management of multi drug resistant bacteria infection,the incidence of multiple drug-resistantbacteria infection decreased significantly,chi square test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in the management of multi drug resistantbacteria infection can improve the knowledge of multi drug resistant bacteria.And with strict isolation measures,standardized for patients with various treatment and nursing operations,it can reduce complications,shorten thehospitalization time,reduce the economic and psychological burden of patients.At the same time,in the processof activities,the whole circle has the division of labor and cooperation can cultivate the ability to find and solveproblems,improve team cohesion and cooperation ability,and improve patient satisfaction.
