CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达及患者侵袭转移高危因素研究

Expression of CD133 in patients with endometrial carcinoma and the risk factors of invasion and metastasis

目的探讨CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达及患者侵袭转移高危因素。方法取2014年12月~2016年12月医院收治子宫内膜癌患者组织30例作为研究对象,设为观察组,取同期因异常子宫出血入院行宫腔镜检查的30例子宫内膜组织,设为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法测定两组组织CD133表达情况,分析CD133与子宫内膜癌侵袭转移的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示:在正常子宫内膜组织中CD133多数呈阴性表达,仅少数在包膜、胞质中存在轻微的阳性反应;子宫内膜癌组织中24例CD133呈阳性表达,阳性率为80.0%,细胞多呈强棕黄色包膜染色;子宫内膜癌组织CD133表达水平与年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜癌组织CD133表达水平与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤类型关系密切(P<0.05)。结论 CD133在子宫内膜癌患者中呈高表达,且与患者侵袭、转移关系密切,有助于预测肿瘤的生物行为,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the expression of CD133in patients with endometrial carcinoma and therisk factors of invasion and metastasis.Methods30cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma tissue curedin our hospital from December2014to December2016were selected as the observation group.During the sameperiod,30cases of endometrial carcinoma because of abnormal uterine bleeding were selected as control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD133in2groups,and the relationship between CD133and invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma were analyzed.Results The results of immunohistochemistryshowed that the expression of CD133in normal endometrium in the most negative,only a few in the capsule,cytoplasmpositive reaction was mild.24cases of CD133expression in endometrial carcinoma showed positive,the positive ratewas80%,the cells showed strong brown envelope staining.Endometrial carcinoma the CD133levels and age had nosignificant difference(P>0.05).The CD133expression in endometrial carcinoma was close to the level of tumorsize,lymph node metastasis,clinical staging and tumor type(P<0.05).Conclusion CD133is highly expressedin patients with endometrial cancer.It is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of patients,which is helpful topredict the biological behavior of tumor.It is worthy of popularization and application.
