Effect comparison of PPH and milligan morgan in treatment of hemorrhoids

目的研究PPH和经外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月~2016年10月在我院住院治疗痔疮患者110例,按照随机分组法将痔疮者分为两组:对照组(50例)患者与观察组(60例)患者,观察组患者经PPH治疗,对照组患者经外剥内扎术治疗,治疗后,对比两组患者的手术基本情况、术后并发症和治疗效果等。结果两组患者比较手术基本情况,观察组患者比对照组患者各项显著要少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较观察组患者治疗效果情况显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者比较观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率情况显著少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔疮效果更显著,且手术时间短、愈合快、并发症少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of PPH and Milligan Morgan in treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods110cases of hemorrhoids patients hospitalized in our hospital from January2010to October2016were selectedand randomly divided into control group(50cases)and observation group(60cases).Patients in observation group weretreated with PPH,and patients in control group were treated with Milligan Morgan.After treatment,the operation of thebasic situation,postoperative complications and treatment effects,etc.of the two groups were compared.Results The basicsituation of surgery of the observation group was significantly less than that of control group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complication in observation groupwas significantly less than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thetreatment of hemorrhoids by the procedure of prolapse and hemorrhoids is more effective,and the operation time is short,thehealing is quick,the complications are few,so it is worthy of clinical application.
