氟比洛芬酯注射液联合舒芬太尼静脉输注用于术后镇痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with sufentanil intravenous infusion for postoperative analgesia

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯注射液联合舒芬太尼静脉输注用于术后镇痛效果。方法选取于2015年7月~2016年12月在我院择期接受腹部手术治疗患者共214例,根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组107例。对照组术后采用静脉注射的方式舒芬太尼;观察组术后静脉注射氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼。观察患者术后视觉模拟评分情况及不良反应情况。结果术后T1、T2、T3、T4与对照组比较,观察组术后疼痛VAS评分均明显降低,两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后观察组与对照组患者PCIA按压次数分别64次、62次,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现低血压、呼吸抑制、消化道溃疡等不良反应,与对照组比较,观察组患者术后不良反应率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.487,P<0.05)。结论腹部手术术后采用氟比洛芬酯注射液联合舒芬太尼镇痛,具有起效快,止痛效果确切,作用时间持久,且降低患者不良反应发生率等优点,值得临床推广应用选择。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection combined with sufentanilintravenous infusion for postoperative analgesia.Methods214patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery inour hospital from July2015to December2016were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup,with107patients in each group.The control group was given intravenous injection of sufentanil,and theobservation group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil.Results Postoperative T1,T2,T3and T4time points,compared with the control group,the observation group VAS score were significantly lower.The differenceof2groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions rates of the two groups were comparedbetween.The adverse reactions rates of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.487,P<0.05).Conclusion The Flurbiprofen Axetil Injectioncombined sufentanil for analgesia after abdominal surgery,has the advantages of reducing the incidence of quickeffect,obvious analgesic effect,long action time,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy ofclinical application.
