探讨健康教育及管理在社区老年慢性病防治中的应用效果

目的探讨健康教育及管理在社区老年慢性病防治中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月共118例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组采用社区日常护理,观察组在此基础上,进行健康教育与管理,对比防治情况。结果观察组患者知识掌握程度、良好生活习惯、疾病知晓率、并发症发生率均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压达标、血脂达标、血糖达标、非药物治疗知晓情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区老年慢性病患者进行健康教育及管理具有良好的效果,能大大提高老年人对病症的了解,在疾病防治与监控方面有一定的价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education and management in prevention andtreatment of chronic diseases in community.Methods118elderly patients with chronic diseases from February2016to February2017were selected as the study object.According to the principle of random allocation,they were dividedinto observation group and control group with59cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with communitydaily care,patiens in observation group were treated with health education and management on the basis of controlgroup.The prevention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The degree of mastery of knowledge,goodliving habits,awareness of diseases and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than thosein the control group,the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.The blood pressurestandard,blood lipid standard,blood sugar standard,non drug treatment awareness of observation group were betterthan those of control group,the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.ConclusionHealth education and management has good effect on elderly patients with chronic diseases in community,It cangreatly improve the elderly understanding of the disease,in disease prevention and control has certain value,it is worthpopularizing.
