36例儿童鼾症手术治疗的护理体会

Nursing experience of operative treatment for 36 cases of children with snoring surgery

目的分析采用腺样体和(或)扁桃体摘除术治疗儿童鼾症的护理措施,为儿童鼾症手术的围手术期提供规范有效的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院耳鼻喉科2015年2月~2016年12月期间采用腺样体和(或)扁桃体摘除术治疗的36例儿童鼾症患儿的临床护理资料。观察护理效果。结果 36例本组儿童鼾症患儿在围手术期均采取了心理护理、术前准备、术后体位护理、出血和切口护理、饮食护理、出院指导等多种护理措施后,36例患儿的临床症状较治疗护理前有明显好转,大部分症状均已消失,前后差异相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在有手术适应证的儿童鼾症患儿的围手术期给予规范有效的多种护理干预措施,可提高手术治疗效果,减少手术并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,加速病情康复。

Objective To analyze the adoption of taking nursing measures of adenoid and(or)tonsillectomy intreatment of children with snoring,and to provide a standardized and effective nursing methods for children’s snoringsurgery during perioperative period.Methods The clinical nursing materials regarding adoption of adenoid and(or)tonsillectomy in the treatment of36cases of children with snoring admitted to E.N.T department of our hospital fromFebruary2015to December2016were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing effect was observed.Results All the36cases of children with snoring in the group were treated with various of nursing measures,such as,psychologicalnursing,preoperative preparation,postoperative posture nursing,hemorrhage and incision nursing,diet nursing,discharge guidance,etc.All the36cases of patient children had no postoperative complications,such as,postoperativeincision bleeding,infection,undesirable healing and recurrence of symptoms of snoring,and they were all dischargedafter recovery.Conclusion Providing standardized,effective and various nursing intervention measures for snoringchild patients with surgery indications can effectively improve the surgery treatment,reduce the incidence of surgerycomplications,shorten the length of stay,and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
