新生儿出生健康状况的相关因素研究

Research on the relative factors of neonatal health

目的本项目旨在以广州市黄埔区城镇化发展为背景,以黄埔区某社区卫生服务中心接受儿童保健的人群中选取研究对象,以健康状况不同的婴幼儿为定位目标,调查解婴幼儿出生时的健康状况及乳母基本情况,同时结合出生时的相关数据,对照分析不同乳母基本情况与新生儿出生时的健康状况等指标的相关性。方法以一定时期的0~1岁保健婴儿为研究对象,采用调查问卷的数据采集方式,结合不同时期婴幼儿的个人情况,通过运用epidata及SPSS等统计软件进行数据的录入和相关性分析。结果出生情况相关性分析:出生身长与分娩孕期相关系数为0.217,与乳母身高值的相关系数为0.271,与怀孕期间增重量相关系数为0.295。结论婴儿出生身长与乳母分娩孕周和怀孕增重及身高有显著相关。

Objective This project was aimed at huangpu district guangzhou city urbanization development asthe background.The subjects were selected from a community health service center in Huangpu district.Infants withdifferent health status were targeted.The basic situation of health at birth was investigated,infants and lactatingwomen,at the same time,with the relevant data of birth control were also investigated,the basic indicators of differentbirth and neonatal nurse’s health etc.were compared and analyzed.Methods The infants aged0-1years old werestudied,questionnaire was used to collect data of infants,combined with different periods of the baby’s personalsituation,the EPI data and SPSS and other statistical software were used for data entry and correlation analysis.Results The correlation analysis of birth:birth length and pregnancy childbirth correlation coefficient was0.217,andthe nurse height value of correlation coefficient was0.271,and weight gain during pregnancy correlation coefficientwas0.295.Conclusion The infants birth body length and nurse delivery gestational age and pregnancy weight andheight are significantly related.
