流产后关爱对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的影响

Effect of post abortion care on the rate of repeated abortions in induced abortion women

目的研究分析流产后关爱对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的影响。方法选择2015年6月~2016年1月期间我院收治人工流产患者98例,按照入院ID号随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组采用PAC服务模式,对照组采用常规流产服务模式,比较两组患者人工流产知识掌握情况、高效避孕情况以及重复流产率。结果两组患者人工流产知识掌握情况比较,观察组患者各项评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者高效避孕情况比较,观察组患者高效避孕率69.4%,显著优于对照组42.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后重复流产率比较,术后6个月重复流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月重复流产率比较,观察组重复流产率2.0%,显著低于对照组14.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱有助于提高女性人工流产知识掌握情况,促进高效避孕实施,降低长期重复流产率。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of post abortion care(PAC)on the rate of repeated abortionsin induced abortion women.Methods98cases of abortion women cured in our hospital from June2015to January2016were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to admission numberID.Patients in observation group were treated with PAC service model,and pateints in control group were treated withroutine abortion service model.Knowledge of abortion,effective contraception and rate of repeated abortion of the twogroups were compared.Results Comparing the knowledge of abortion,the scores in the observation group were betterthan those in the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The effective contraception rate of theobservation group was higher than that of the control group(42.9%),and the difference between the69.4%groups wassignificant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of repeated abortionsix months after operation(P>0.05).The rate of repeated abortion in the observation group was2%,which wassignificantly lower than that of the control group(14.3%)in December,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Post abortion care is helpful to improve the knowledge of female flow,promote the implementation ofeffective contraception,and reduce the rate of long-term repeated abortion.
