改良翼状胬肉切除与传统翼状胬肉切除术的临床观察

Clinical effect observation of improved pterygium resection and conventional pterygium resection

目的探析改良翼状胬肉切除与传统翼状胬肉切除术的临床观察。方法临床选择2015年7月~2016年3月本院收治的初发性翼状胬肉患者80例(80只眼),根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例(40只眼),观察组进行自体结膜瓣角膜缘干细胞移植术与小切口翼状胬肉切除联合疗法,对照组进行自体结膜瓣缘干细胞移植术与常规翼状胬肉切除术联合疗法,比较两组的恢复时间、手术时间、出血量、切口大小;比较两组的复发情况、患者的不适感、并发症等情况。结果观察组的恢复时间、手术时间、切口大小、出血量等临床指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不适感、复发情况、并发症情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初发性翼状胬肉应用改良翼状胬肉切除法不适感轻,恢复迅速,出血量少,手术时间短,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of improved pterygium resection and conventional pterygiumresection.Methods80patients with incipient pterygium(80eyes)cured in our hospital from July2015to March2016were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,40cases(40eyes)each group.Patients in observationgroup were treated with the combined therapy of conjunctival limbal stem cell autografting and minimal pterygiumresection,and patients in control group were treated with the combined therapy of conjunctival limbal stem cellautografting and conventional pterygium resection.The patient's recovery time,operation time,bleeding amount,incisionsize as well as recurrence rate,discomforts and complications for two groups were compared.Results The clinicalindex of recovery time,operation time,incision size and bleeding amount of observation group were significantlybetter than those of control group(P<0.05).The discomfort rate,recurrence rate and incidence rate of complicationsof observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvedpterygium resection has an obvious effect in patients with incipient pterygium.It can reduce the discomfortrate,promote the patient's recovery,decrease the bleeding amount,and shorten the operation time.It is worthy of clinicalpromotion.
