家庭医生式服务对社区原发性高血压患者治疗依从性及控制率的影响

Effect of family doctor service on treatment compliance and control rate in community patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨家庭医生式服务对社区原发性高血压患者治疗依从性及控制率的影响。方法选取2011年8月~2016年11月我社区卫生服务中心收治的原发性高血压患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗基础上给予家庭医生式服务干预,对两组患者的病情进行了为期6个月的追踪调查,分析两组患者治疗依从性及控制率。结果观察组患者干预6个月后收缩压(129.6±7.3)mm Hg,舒张压(80.2±5.8)mm Hg;对照组收缩压(143.2±6.7)mm Hg,舒张压(90.5±8.4)mm Hg,观察组血压控制情况低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者高血压控制率以及配合治疗的依从性,均有所提高,其中观察组高血压控制率为90.0%,对照组为57.0%;观察组配合治疗的是93.0%,对照组63.0%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施家庭医生服务,能够明显提高患者血压控制率和治疗依从性,对治疗高血压疾病有着较大帮助,是一项值得大力推广的、降低老年高血压患者发病率的有效措施。

Objective To explore the effect of family doctor service on treatment compliance and control rate incommunity patients with essential hypertension.Methods From August2011to November2016,200patients withprimary hypertension were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in controlgroup were treated with routine symptomatic treatment.Patients in observation group were treated with routinesymptomatic therapy on the basis of family doctorial service intervention.A period of6months follow-up survey wascarried on the patients of the two groups.The treatment compliance and control rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results The systolic blood pressure(129.2±7.3)mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure(80.2±5.8)mm Hg wereobserved in the observation group after6months of intervention.The systolic blood pressure was(143.2±6.7)mmHg in the control group,and diastolic blood pressure was(90.5±8.4)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).Afterintervention,the control rate of hypertension and the compliance of the combination therapy were improved in the twogroups,and the observation group had the control of high blood pressure control(P<0.05),and the blood pressurewas lower than that of the control group.The hypertension control rate of observation group was90.0%,and the controlgroup was57.0%.The combined treatment rate of observation group was93.0%,and the control group was63.0%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),itwas statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of family doctor service can significantly improve thepatient’s blood pressure control rate and treatment compliance.The treatment of hypertension has a greater help.It isworthy of promotion.It can reduce the incidence of elderly patients with hypertension effective measures.
