浅谈我国私营建筑经济的发展现状与对策

Analysis on Status and Countermeasures of China's Construction Economy

我国建筑经济主要分为公有与私有两种形式。而私营经济是我国建筑改革的重要组成部分。多年的积累与发展,使得我国私营经济在建筑经济当中的地位日益提升,经济总量所占份额也日益增加。到2004年为止,我国私营建筑企业的数量就已经占到了建筑企业总量的5 0%。私营经济随之成为了建筑多元经济结构的重要组成部分。鉴于私营经济在我国建筑经济发展当中的重要地位,本文将采用文献阅读、实地考察、思维归纳等方法,针对私营建筑经济的发展现状与对策展开讨论,并得到结论:私营建筑经济的发展存在诸多问题,其发展形势不容乐观,可以从推动市场监管体系的优化,创造良性竞争环境、提升技术创新能力以及提升综合管理水平几个方面来优化私营建筑经济,促进私营建筑经济的持续健康发展。

China's construction economy could be mainly divided into two forms:public ownershipeconomy and private ownership economy.Private ownership economy is an important part of China'sconstruction reform.And it has become more and more important in China's construction economy aftermany years'accumulation and development.Till2004,the number of private construction enterpriseshas covered the half of the total number of construction enterprises in China,making private ownershipeconomy and key part in the multilevel of construction economy.For the importance of the privateownership economy in the construction economic development,this paper will analyze the statusand countermeasures of private construction economy by methods of literature reading,on-the-spotinvestigation and deductive reasoning.And it concludes that there are many problems in the developmentof private construction economy,putting its development in an dis-optimistic situation;and to promote thesustainable and healthy development of private construction economy,methods of optimization of marketsupervision system and the establishment of positive competition environment,enhancing of technologicalinnovation and integrated management ability could be adopted.
