摘要
电网企业知识库管理应用的升级与创新是在原有知识库管理系统上进行应用升级和管理创新,将改变目前知识库仅应用于客服专员的单一模式,扩大受益群体,使电网知识库系统不但服务于客服专员,也直接服务于全省电网各公司员工。伴随着全员参与、全员应用的普及,知识库系统会不断充实强大,做到各层级通俗易懂,成为客服专员的工作指南,成为全电网员工的"电力百科全书"。
The upgrading and innovation of the application of knowledge base management in powergrid enterprise is to upgrade application and management innovation on the original knowledgebase management system.Now the current knowledge base is only applied to the customer servicecommissioner of a single model,the new change will expand the beneficiary groups.Then,the power gridknowledge base system not only serves the customer service commissioner,but also directly serves thecompany staff of the province's power grid.With the popularity of full participation,full application of theknowledge base system will enrich the powerful.The knowledge base management will become the guideservice for everybody.Each employee will have the power grid staff"encyclopedia".
