雄黄“以毒攻毒”应用举隅

Clinic application of realgar in combating poison with poison

雄黄作为攻毒杀虫止痒的有毒中药之一,在治疗血液病和皮肤病方面疗效卓著,若通过合理配伍减少其不良反应,必将为减少医源性疾病起到至关重要的作用,更将为扩大雄黄临床应用范围奠定基础。本文综述了近年来利用有毒中药雄黄的毒性成分治疗恶性血液病变以及皮肤病等疑难杂症,并对其今后的应用进行展望。

Realgar as one of tapping poison toxic traditional Chinese medicines of worm itching,especially in treating blooddisease and skin disease curative effect is distinguished.If through reasonable compatibility to reduce its adverse reactions,it willcertainly to reduce iatrogenic diseases play a crucial role,and more will lay a foundation for expanding clinical application ofrealgar.The clinic application toxic traditional Chinese medicine“Realgar”was reviewed in this paper.We used its toxicingredients to treat the incurable diseases,such as malignant blood disease and skin disease treatment in these years.At last,outlook its application prospect in the future.
