消化性溃疡有效治疗方案的临床探析

Clinical analysis of effective treatment plan for peptic ulcer

目的:探讨四联疗法与三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治消化性溃疡患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用三联疗法治疗,观察组采用新型四联疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和Hp根除率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡临床效果更优。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quadruple therapy and triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:90patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The controlgroup was treated with triple therapy.The observation group was treated with new quadruple therapy.We compared the therapeuticeffect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were significantly better thanthose of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rabeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer wasbetter.
