不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者应激反应及内分泌的影响

Influence of different surgical treatments on stress response and endocrine in patients with hysteromyoma

目的:探讨不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者应激反应及内分泌的影响。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者360例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用经阴道子宫切除术治疗,观察组采用经腹子宫肌瘤剥脱术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间均多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组应激反应及内分泌相关指标显著上升,观察组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道子宫切除术和经腹子宫肌瘤剥脱术各有优点,临床还需依据患者实际情况给予相应手术方案。

Objective:To explore the influence of different surgical treatments on stress response and endocrine in patients withhysteromyoma.Methods:360patients with uterine myoma were selected.They were divided into the control group and theobservation group.The control group was treated by vaginal hysterectomy.The observation group was treated with transabdominalmyomectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,intraoperativeblood loss and postoperative exhaust time were more than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stress reactionand endocrine related indexes of the two groups were significantly increased,and the level of the observation group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal hysterectomy and transabdominalmyomectomy had their advantages respectively.In clinic,we should choose the corresponding surgical procedures according to theactual situation of patients.
