近视患者白内障术后眼压变化的观察

Observation of intraocular pressure changes in myopic patients after cataract surgery

目的:探讨近视患者采取白内障手术后的眼压情况。方法:收治行白内障手术患者120例,分成观察组、研究组和对照组。观察组存在低度的轴性近视,研究组存在高度的轴性近视,对照组眼轴正常。结果:研究组术后眼压高于观察组和对照组。结论:患者术前眼压和术后眼压呈正相关,存在高度轴性近视的患者术后眼压升高明显。

Objective:To explore the intraocular pressure changes in myopic patients after cataract surgery.Methods:120cases ofpatients with cataract surgery were selected.They were divided into the observation group,the study group and the control group.The observation group had low axial myopia;the study group had high axial myopia;the axial of the control group was normal.Results:In the study group,postoperative intraocular pressure was higher than the observation group and the control group.Conclusion:Preoperative intraocular pressure and postoperative intraocular pressure were positively correlated,and postoperativeintraocular pressure elevation was obvious in patients with high axial myopia.
