复方甘草酸苷注射液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜患者血清免疫指标及疗效观察

Efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic purpura and its influence on serum immune indexes

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜患者血清免疫指标及疗效。方法:收治过敏性紫癜患儿138例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用孟鲁斯特钠片治疗,研究组采用孟鲁斯特钠片联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组Ig A、Ig M、C3及IL-6等指标均明显下降,且研究组血清免疫指标及疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液与孟鲁斯特钠联合使用,能有效降低Ig A、Ig M、C3及IL-6等血清免疫指标,疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with montelukast sodium in thetreatment of allergic purpura and its influence on serum immune indexes.Methods:138patients with allergic purpura wereselected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with montelukastsodium tablets.The study group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection.Wecompared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the indexes of IgA,IgM,C3and IL-6of the two groups wereobviously decreased,and the serum immune indexes and curative effect of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thecombined use of compound glycyrrhizin injection and montelukast sodium can effectively reduce the serum immune indexes ofIgA,IgM,C3and IL-6,the curative effect was remarkable,and the security was high.
