α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病神经病变患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组采用α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of type2diabeticperipheral neuropathy.Methods:80patients with type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into thecontrol group and the observation group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treatedwith alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effectiverate of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of alphalipoic acid combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant.
