滑动杆与横腭杆联合MBT直丝弓技术和Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓技术治疗上颌前突的临床疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨上颌前突采用Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓技术(TP术)和滑动杆与横腭杆联合MBT直丝弓技术(S+MBT术)治疗的效果。方法:收治上颌前突患者80例,随机分成联合组与常规组。常规组行TP术治疗,联合组行S+MBT术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:(1)联合组治疗后的上颌中切牙相对突度低于治疗前及常规组(P<0.05),两组其他指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)常规组有效率95.00%,联合组97.50%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TP术与S+MBT术在上颌前突治疗中效果均显著,S+MBT术对上颌中切牙相对突度的改善效果优于TP术。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of slide bar and transpalatal arch combined with MBT straight wire archtechnique(S combined with MBT operation)and Tip-Edge plus differential straight wire arch technique(TP operation)in thetreatment of maxillary protrusion.Methods:80patients with maxillary protrusion were selected.They were randomly divided intothe combination group and the conventional group.The conventional group was treated with TP operation.The combination groupwas treated with S+MBT operation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:①After treatment,in the combinationgroup,relative prominence of maxillary central incisor was less than before treatment and the conventional group(P<0.05),andthere were no significant differences in other indicators between groups(P>0.05).②The effective rate was95%in theconventional group,and the combination group was97.50%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of TP operation and Scombined with MBT operation in the treatment of maxillary protrusion were all significant,and the improvement effect of Scombined with MBT operation for relative prominence of maxillary central incisor was better than the TP operation.
