清肺通络汤治疗脑卒中后因多重耐药菌感染肺炎的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of multi drug resistant bacteria pneumonia after stroke by Qingfei Tongluo decoction

目的:探讨清肺通络汤治疗脑卒中后因多重耐药菌感染肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治脑卒中后因多重耐药菌感染肺炎患者62例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用西药联合清肺通络汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组肺功能指标、NIHSS评分、CPIS评分和总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺通络汤治疗脑卒中后因多重耐药菌感染肺炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Tongluo decoction in the treatment of multi drug resistant bacteriapneumonia after stroke.Methods:62patients with multi drug resistant bacteria pneumonia after stroke were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional westernmedicine.The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Qingfei Tongluo decoction.We compared thetreatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the pulmonary function index,NIHSS,CPIS scores and total effectiverate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qingfei Tongluo decoctionin the treatment of multi drug resistant bacteria pneumonia after stroke was significant.
