冠状动脉疾病诊断中放射CT血管造影的临床应用

Clinical application of CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease

目的:探讨冠状动脉疾病诊断中放射CT血管造影的应用效果。方法:收治冠状动脉疾病患者79例,随机分为1 mm组和3 mm组。采用放射CT血管造影检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:1 mm组检出小钙化斑块和钙化斑块患者比例显著高于3 mm组(P<0.05)。结论:冠状动脉疾病诊断中放射CT血管造影的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods:79patients with coronary artery disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the1mm group and the3mmgroup.The two groups underwent CT angiography,and we compared the results of examination of the two groups.Results:In the1mm group,the proportion of patients with small calcified plaques and calcified plaques was significantly higher than the3mmgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application effect of CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease wassignificant.
