在高血压患者护理中实施健康教育的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of health education in nursing care of patients with hypertension

目的:探讨高血压患者护理中实施健康教育的作用。方法:收治高血压患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合健康教育。结果:观察组患者高血压知识合格率、建立健康生活方式及按时用药率都明显优于对照组,观察组血压水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在高血压临床治疗中能够有效提高患者对相关疾病知识的了解,并帮助患者建立健康的生活方式及监督患者按时服药,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education in patients with hypertension.Methods:120cases of hypertensivepatients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with60cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine health education on the basis ofroutine nursing care.Results:The qualified rate of hypertension knowledge,the rate of healthy lifestyle and the rate of medicationon time were higher in observation group than in the control group,and the blood pressure level of the observation group was betterthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education in the clinical treatment of hypertension can help patientsimprove the understanding of related diseases knowledge effectively,and help patients to establish a healthy lifestyle andsupervision of patients taking medicine on time effectively,and the effect is remarkable.
