Nursing experience of early rehabilitation of limb function in stroke patients

目的:探讨脑卒中患者早期肢体功能康复的效果。方法:收治脑卒中患者150例,给予心理干预、体位护理、肢体的功能训练与认知教育。结果:观察组患者上下肢肌力平衡和日常生活能力均高于对照组。结论:脑卒中患者早期介入康复护理能够促进患者肢体功能的进一步康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation of limb function in patients with stroke.Methods:150strokepatients were selected.They were treated with psychological intervention and postural care,as well as functional training andcognitive education.Results:The strength balance and daily life ability of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group werehigher than those in the control group.After6weeks of rehabilitation nursing,26cases were cured,23cases were markedlyimproved,1case was ineffective,and the effective rate was98%.Conclusion:Early intervention rehabilitation nursing for strokepatients can promote further rehabilitation of limb function.
