A perfect assessment mechanism is fundamental to scientific and technological project approval assessment.With research conducted on different sections of project approval assessment,this paper analyzed and sorted out problems existing indomestic scientific and technological project approval assessment,introduced relevant experiences in foreign countries,analyzed and reflected on the situations,development opportunities and challenges confronted by domestic scientific and technological project approval assessment,and came up with innovative thoughts to promote the improvement of the assessment efficacy of scientific and technological projects.
