微信信息发布系统在医教协同临床医学人才培养中的作用探讨

The Role of WeChat Information Distribution System in Medical Education and Personnel Training in Collaborative Clinical Medicine

目的探讨微信信息发布系统在医教协同临床医学人才培养中的作用。方法选取我院2015年1—12月的规培医师90名作为对照组,同时将2016年1—10月的另90名规培医生作为观察组。对照组按常规方式完成规培,观察组在常规方式的基础上使用微信信息发布系统。对比两组沟通情况、教学满意度及规培医师考核成绩。结果观察组沟通得分、教学满意度得分、规培医师考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信信息发布系统在医教协同工作中应用能有效的促进对临床医学人才的培养。

Objective To investigate the role of WeChat information distribution system in medical education and clinical medical personnel collaborative training.Methods A total of90standardized physicians in our hospital were selected as control group from January to December2015.At the same time,the other90physicians from January to October2016were taken as observation group.The control group completed the routine training according to the routine method,and the observation group used the WeChat information publishing system on the basis of the conventional way.The two groups of communication,teaching satisfaction and compliance assessment results were compared.Results The communication scores,teaching satisfaction scores and scores of training physicians in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat information publishing system can effectively promote the training of clinical medical talents in the collaborative teaching and medical work.
