Risk Factors and Prognosis of Acute Renal Injury in Intensive Care Unit

目的分析重症监护病房患者出现急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury,AKI)的危险因素及预后。方法回顾性分析我院2013年4月—2014年6月重症监护室220例AKI的临床资料,使用logistic回归分析对相关危险因素进行分析。根据患者第28天生存状况分为生存组(184例)和死亡组(36例)。结果 AKI患者的年龄、脓毒血症、MODS、APACHEII评分为AKI患者肾功能未恢复的危险因素。结论重症监护病房中AKI发生率高,脓毒血症为主要病因。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of acute kidney injury(AKI)in patients with intensive care unit and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of220patients with AKI were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from April2013to June2014.Logistic regression was used to analyze the related risk factors.According to the survival status of patients on the28th day were divided into survival group(184cases)and death group(36cases).Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age,sepsis,MODS and APACHEII scores of AKI were the risk factors of renal function in patients with AKI.Conclusion The incidence of AKI in seizure ward is high and sepsis is the main cause.
