脑小血管病引发脑白质疏松与认知功能障碍的相关分析

Correlation Between Leukoaraiosis and Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients With Cerebral Vascular Disease

目的探究脑小血管病引发脑白质疏松与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月于本院就诊及治疗的56例脑小血管病合并脑白质疏松患者作为研究对象,将其作为观察组,并选取同时期于本院进行健康体检的56例健康者作为对照组,分析脑小血管病的影响因素,对比并分析两组的Mo CA量表评分。结果观察组的平均年龄、有糖尿病史的例数、有脑微出血史的例数高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的Mo CA量表各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑小血管病引发脑白质疏松与认知功能障碍具有一定的相关性。

Objective To observe and explore the correlation between leukoaraiosis and cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From March2016to March2017,56patients with cerebral vascular disease associated with leukoaraiosis were selected and treated inour hospital as the observation group,and56cases of healthy subjects at the same time in our hospital for health examination were selected as the control group.The influencing factors of cerebral small vessel disease were analyzed,and the MoCA scale scores of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,the average age,the number of patients with diabetes history and the history of brain micro bleeding were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MoCA scale in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leukoaraiosis is associated with cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral vascular disease.
