老年骨质疏松髋部骨折的治疗策略

Treatment Strategy of Hip Fracture in Elderly Patients With Osteoporosis

目的探讨老年骨质疏松髋部骨折的治疗策略及临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的75例老年骨质疏松髋部骨折患者的临床资料,观察其治疗效果。结果经治疗,75例患者的治疗总有效率为97.3%,平均下床时间为(37.5±3.4)d,患者治疗前Harris评分为(43.5±10.6)分,治疗后为(92.4±7.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),共2例(2.7%)患者出现并发症。结论根据患者自身情况对老年骨质疏松髋部骨折患者进行治疗,并辅助骨质疏松治疗,具有有效的临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the treatment strategy and clinical effect of hip fracture in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods The clinical data of75elderly patients with osteoporosis and hip fracture were retrospectively analyzed,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of75patients was97.3%,and the average time of getting out of bed was(37.5±3.4)d.The Harris score before treatment was(43.5±10.6)points,and(92.4±7.8)after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications occurred in2patients(2.7%).Conclusion According to the patient's own condition,the treatment of senile osteoporotic hip fracture patients,and assist the treatment of osteoporosis,with effective clinical treatment effect.
